Here’s our rating of the outfits of Nigerian celebrities at the Queen Charlotte premiere in South Africa.

Guests at Queen Charlotte’s Premiere in South Africa

It’s a continuation of the Bridgerton story which was set in the Victorian age. Most guests were expected to dress in that period, and Nigerian women delivered excellently. Here’s how they did;

Sharon put a modern spin on what an outfit from that period would look like. The colour peach was certainly refreshing, but it was truly a beautiful gown, the kind that can be worn at the Oscars. The corset, the floral embroidery at the helm, loved it. 9/10.

Lilian certainly took regency to another level, she looked like an African Queen in that period. The fabric was on point, the corset, the puffy sleeves. Everything was a 10/10. Her hair styling was certainly beautiful.

The colour grading on Bimbo’s outfit was certainly extremely beautiful. It went from different shades of pink to red. She looked really beautiful. 8/10

Mercy Eke looked like a Queen of the Victorian era. The sheer size of her ball gown was something. The red colour, the embroidery, the collar, everything was a 10/10.

Priscilla also captured the beauty of the Victorian era in royal blue, she mixed her outfit with silk and we have got to say, we have zero complaints. 7/10.

Erica and her team must have missed the memo. She wore a feathered pink gown. Firstly, she didn’t stick to the theme of the event, the gown looks like a brunch outfit and even if she wanted to do so, she could have done away with the scarf. 2/10 in our books/
